Marine Police : Brilliant Seagull Private Limited has been entrusted with the comprehensive maintenance of 75 boats owned by the Marine Police of the coastal states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Daman and Diu. These vessels are built by Goa Shipyard Limited under order from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India.

Indian Navy : Brilliant Seagull Private Limited has been entrusted with the long-term maintenance contracts for Immediate Support Vessels (ISVs) manufactured by Abu Dhabi Shipbuilding, UAE and Rodman Polyships, Spain and the Fast Interceptor Crafts (FICs) of the Indian Navy.
